Jerry Brown Building His Empire Right Under Our Noses

As California Governor Jerry Brown burnishes his climate change credentials on his crusade to Rome for talks at the Vatican, his adoring California media are ignoring what he is really doing.

“Absent a seat at the negotiating table, Brown has a role organizing state and local officials from around the world who are increasingly seeking to craft their own climate deals, independent of what their nations’ leaders do,” CalMatters wrote.

Brown has conflated the Trump administration’s disinterest in pushing faux climate change policies with a lack of leadership.

“Brown struck an urgent tone about the threat of a warming world and welcomed the Trump administration to join his ‘crusade,’ CalMatters reported.

Brown’s latest ploy is another in a long line of… Read More

The Worst Kept Secret in Hollywood is also in CA’s Capitol

Sexual harassment is apparently a problem in California’s State Capitol, despite voluminous binders of sexual harassment rules and training guides. However, the ‘casting couch’ is used in many industries besides Hollywood, and especially in politics.

“Me Too” is Growing

More than 140 women working in and around the California State Capitol have written a letter claiming to have been sexually harassed inside the Capitol by lawmakers and staff. The list has now grown to 300.

“For four years in a row, the Democratic-controlled Legislature has quietly buried a bill—sponsored by a Republican assemblywoman—that would give legislative staff expanded whistleblower protections,” CalMatters… Read More

Numbers Show The Deck is Stacked for Republicans in California’s Legislature

Elected Republicans represent nearly a third of California’s legislators, but are only getting 18 percent of their bills passed, for eventual consideration by Gov. Jerry Brown. This is despite the fact that they represent nearly 40 percent of the voters who cast ballots in the last election. And even worse, Brown so far has only approved about 16.5 percent of Republican bills, while Democrats saw 83.4 percent of their bills signed into law.

A few revealing statistics surrounding the outcomes for 2,550 new bills introduced during the recent 2017 session in the California Legislature point out which party gets to feast, and which can expect leftover… Read More

Jerry Brown’s California: Devastation, Plunder, Economic Failure

Jerry Brown is the self-anointed Savior of the Planet while his decades-long policies destroy the once-Golden State.

People like mehave been explainingfor many years that California is anexample of leftist policies to avoid, and the poster child state of what not to do unless state suicide is the goal. California has become the Greeceof the United States, and is cracking up. But this crack-up isn’t funny, as I cover in my new book co-authored with Jim Lacy, California’s War Against Donald Trump: Who Wins? Who Loses?”

Despite the dire circumstances, the ravenous left in California continues at breakneck speed to implement so many detrimental, dangerous… Read More

Part ll: California’s Political Water Scams Back on Ballot: Caves, Meral, DeLeon and Garcia Coordinating and Still Logrolling

Gerald Meral’s Back…With a New Ballot Initiative…and a New Associate.

In Part l, it was revealed thatGerald (Jerry) Meral, and Joseph Caves (Tom Steyer’s Proposition 65 money man) both submitted proposition language for water bond ballot initiatives a couple of weeks apart, in July 2017. The two initiatives are remarkably similar — even have the same wording in numerous places — and suggest coordination to ensure passage of one or the other. Meral’s ballot initiative would raise $8.4 billion, while Cave’s is for $8 billion, according to the state’s Office of the Legislative Analyst. The LAO offers modest fiscal analysis but did acknowledge it will take $17.3 billion to pay off principal ($8.9 billion) and interest ($8.4 billion) on bonds over a 40-year… Read More

Judge Smacks Down CA Attorney General For “Misleading” Ballot Initiative Language

In a stunning court rebuke of the state Attorney General’s Office, a Sacramento Superior Court Judge announced Friday that Xavier Becerra’s title and summary for the Repeal of the Gas Tax initiative is “misleading and is likely to create prejudice against the measure”— and that he’d “do a rewrite himself” to make it clear the measure would repeal Jerry Brown‘s increases gas taxes and vehicle fees.Read More

Sexual Revolutionaries and Cultural Marxists Infiltrating Our Schools

“Fallacies do not cease to be fallacies because they become fashions.”

~G.K. Chesterson

Concerned parents of school-aged children know that sexual revolutionaries and cultural Marxists are destroying our public schools and universities. But Charter schools were thought to be safe from these dark ideological radicals.

Sexual revolutionaries and cultural Marxists believe that there are no… Read More

CA Attorney General Candidate Judge Steven Bailey Interview, Part ll

In Part l of my interview with El Dorado County Superior Court Judge Steven Bailey, who recently retired from the bench to run for California Attorney General after nearly nine years on the bench, we discussed how the current and recent attorneys general have weaponized the office to use the law against political enemies.

Judge Bailey, who has been an attorney since 1990, is a contrast against Xavier Becerra, thecurrent Attorney Generalwho has been a politician his entire career rather than practicing law. Becerra’s law license was filed “inactive” with the California State Bar Association until 1/1/2017.

Judge Bailey is concernedhow law enforcement is being misused and put in the position of having to be mental health case-workers, thanks to… Read More
