Liberal if by Sea, Conservative if by Land?

by Mike Spence - Los Angeles County (bio) (email)(print)

The Rose Institute has done an analysis of California's Primary results, complete with maps that shows that Liberal GOP voters (defines as Rudy/McCain) breathe sea air and Conservative GOP (Romney/Huckabee etc.) voters breathe smog and dust. Interesting

Maybe what the "conservative GOP" voters need is some of that fresh air. Clear out the cobwebs.

And lose all those nutrients? No way.

But studies I've read tell me that smog and dust cause those living under those conditions to lose brain cells, which results in not clear thinking. Perhaps that is why delegates to the upcoming Republican convention in San Francisco got 7 page proposed platform documents, as these documents came from people who live with smog and dust. But help is on the way as I've read a 2 page proposed platform that exhibits clear thinking, so that must have come from someone who breaths clean air.
