Dumanis takes a pass on the Busby fundraising imbroglio
ENCINITAS — After a nearly two-month investigation, District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis said Tuesday she has decided not to pursue charges against two women who were arrested at a fundraiser for congressional candidate Francine Busby.
