California Republican Congressman Dana Rohrabacher does an outstanding job of taking on leftist Congressman Jim Moran over the issue of global warming on the Chris Matthews’ Hardball show on MSNBC. But he does and even better job of taking on Matthews! it’s worth watching… (h/t to Andy at CfG)

Wow! A clean, articulate Republican who isn’t afraid of standing up for the truth against 2 to 1 odds on Hardball. It’s obvious who’s got the hard balls and it ain’t Chris Matthews.

…if only truth in advertsing laws applied to news commentators. a) there is NOT consensus other than in the media. b) the Earth has been cooling last decade plus c) emissions have plummeted with economimc turmoil (although I’m unsure about cause and effect ;-) d) anthropogenic emissions represent <5% of total.
The democrats approach is to do something because "global warming will destroy life as we know it"--but it doesn't make sence to "destroy life as we know it" as the response.
