Ministry of Truth: California Bills Would Create Fake News Advisory Commission

California Democrats author numerous ‘Fake News’ bills

Democrat California lawmakers are pushing legislation to create jack-boot agents of government through a “Fake News Advisory Council” – an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth’ for the news they don’t like.

After having my Capitol Press Credential revoked in 2015 and only reissued after an Open Records Act request of 10-years of press… Read More

CA Legislature: Tobacco is Bad, Getting Stoned Daily is Good

Cigarettes are now illegal in San Francisco for anyone under 21, and soon to be throughout California.

The Sanctuary City by the Bay has a long list of sanctioned banned items: trans fats, the circus, sugary sodas, the Happy Meal and free toy, plastic bags, plastic water bottles, goldfish, baby chickens and ducklings, chewing tobacco, hollow-point bullets, firearms in advertising, wood burning stoves, drones, the Segway, hoverboards, and they tried to ban circumcision.

The list of banned items was all done in the name of public health. But these same San Francisco Nanny-Supervisors support public urination, needle exchanges, public nudity, pot smoking, free condoms, abortion… Read More

Many Donors Against Pan Recall Don’t Care About Government-Mandated Vaccinations (Senate Bill 277)

California State Senator Richard Pan, a Democrat representing the Sacramento suburbs, was the author of Senate Bill 277, one of the most controversial California bills of 2015.

SB 277 is supposed to result in eventual “total immunization of appropriate age groups” against ten childhood diseases and possibly other diseases to be added to the list later. Governor Jerry Brown signed SB 277 in June 2015 after it passed the Assembly 46-31-3 and the Senate 24-14-2. It is now in effect as California law.

The law eliminates a statutory exemption from immunization requirements based upon personal beliefs. Private or public elementary or secondary schools, child care centers, day nurseries, nursery schools, family day care homes, or development centers are no longer allowed to admit a pupil unconditionally unless that that pupil has been immunized for listed diseases.

Vaccines have helped modern civilizations to flourish by controlling infectious diseases. And Senator Pan repeatedly referred to “science” as justification for his bill. Nevertheless, some Californians objected vehemently to a new government mandate to inject substances… Read More

Vaccine Bill: Political Scientists Don’t Get to Say ‘The Science is Clear’

Notice: Undefined index: file in /srv/www/blog.flashreport.org/releases/20130218155602/wp-includes/media.php on line 1676

California lawmakers have trampled all over parental rights, andmanaged to take away even more parental choice regarding vaccinations for their children. By the way — political scientists aren’t real scientists, and don’t get to determine that the “science is clear” on vaccinations, the way so many politicians claim. That’s just arrogant politicians trying to end any discussion or debate by abusing the power of their offices in order to ward off potential regime change.

Both houses of the Legislature passed SB 277 by Sen. Richard Pan, and in record time, Gov. Jerry Brown signed the bill into law Tuesday, removing parental rights while eliminating informed consent. “The science is clear that vaccines dramatically protect children against a number of… Read More

Creepy CA Mandatory Vaccination Bill Fast-Tracked By Dems

California’s kids receive more than 50 childhood vaccinations. However, not all parents agree with the aggressivevaccination scheduleand opt out. Well, they used to be able to opt out.

Parental choice over vaccines was removed thanks to a state law passed in 2012. AB 2109 by then-Assemblyman Richard Pan, D-Sacramento, orders that children will not be allowed to attend public school without proof that parents have been counseled, and children vaccinated. The only exception to the law is a religious exemption.

The State of California has injected itself into the doctor-parent relationship, and lawmakers can’t see how… Read More
