CA Lawmakers Enjoy Private DMV Inside Capitol, While Refusing to Order Audit for the Great Unserved

California State lawmakers and bureaucrats are appearing more and more like members of the Stalinist-era political elite in Eastern Europe, which enjoyed a gratuitous level of luxury, power and privilege. Our lawmakers certainly are, as they snub requests for any government accountability.

Despite complaints across the state about outrageous wait times at California’s Department of Motor Vehicles offices, state lawmakers “sided with the Brown administration Wednesday and refused to order an official audit into its management,” the VC Star… Read More

Sen. Pres. de León Claims Sen. Janet Nguyen ‘enjoyed the 15 minutes of fame,’ Over Senate Ejection

Several hundred members of the Vietnamese American community traveled to the State Capitol in SacramentoMondayto demonstrate their support of Sen. Janet Nguyen (R-Garden Grove), including more than 100 Vietnamese Americans who rode the bus from Nguyen’s Orange County district.

Nguyen was forciblyremoved from the Senate Floor Feb. 23, 2017 for speaking about the late Senator Tom Hayden, and his involvement with communists in Vietnam. Hayden’s memory triggers outrage in the Vietnamese community.

The rally Monday was a patriotic event, with most of the Vietnamese carrying American flags, and the flag of Vietnam, and many wearing American flag clothing. As the rally officially… Read More

Hypocrisy in California State Senate Leads to Commie Suppression of Dissent

In an astonishing violation of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, California State Sen. Janet Nguyen (R-Garden Grove), was forcibly removed from the Senate last Thursday morning for challenging the sycophantic Senate memorial of the late Sen. Tom Hayden, a Democrat with a well-known and lengthy history of communist sympathies.Sen. Nguyen and her family escaped communist Vietnam and came to the United States in search of freedom in 1981 during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Sadly, what Nguyenexperienced last week was communistic suppression of dissent inside the chambers of the California State Senate, in the state she thought epitomized freedom. Read More

California State Sen. Janet Nguyen Removed From Senate Floor for Voicing Differing Opinion

California State Sen. Janet Nguyen (R-Garden Grove), was forcibly removed from the Senate Thursday morning for offering a different perspective on the late Sen. Tom Hayden, a Democrat with a well-known and lengthy history of communist sympathies.

The perspective Sen. Nguyen offers is first hand. Her family escaped communist Vietnam and came to the United States in search of freedom in 1981 during Ronald Reagan’s presidency.

Sen. Nguyen and I spoke Thursday shortly after the incident. She said Tuesday the Senate had scheduled a memorial for the late former state Sen. Tom Hayden, who died in October. Hayden served 18 years in the Legislature.

The left has always portrayed Hayden as a… Read More

California Democrats’ ‘Bullying’ and Flagrant Hypocrisy

On December 6, 2016 upon the return of the Legislature and newly-elected members, Sen. John Moorlach, R-Costa Mesa, authored Senate Resolution 8, introduced to simply welcome newly-elected President Donald Trump and acknowledge the historical peaceful transition of power. SR8 said the Senate “hopes for the peaceful transition of power in the United States, that the incoming presidency will be a success, and that the president-elect will take his responsibilities seriously to ensure a strong and unified America.”

SR8 was supposed to be presented and voted on at the beginning of the 2017 Senate Session, during the first week of the New Year. But this congenial resolution message was never given a chance.

Instead on December 6, Sen. President pro Tem Kevin de León, D-Los Angeles, presented and then had the Senate vote on his own Senate Resolution, SR 7, on the day that the Senate was… Read More

California Democrat Vows to ‘Fight in the Streets’ Over Illegal Immigration

California’s new Democrat supermajority used Monday’s usually congenial legislative swearing-in ceremonies to ram through Assembly and Senate resolutionsinsisting President-elect Donald Trump abandon his immigration deportation policies – at least in California.

California is home to the largest illegal-alien population in the country, with35 sanctuary cities.President-elect Trump has vowed to build a border wall and deport immigrants that have a criminal record, which he estimates to be two-three million.

HR 4, SR 7

Less than four weeks after California voters passed a new transparency ballot initiative requiring advanced notice of legislation of at least 72 hours, Democrat lawmakers rammed through two resolutions hours after turning them in. And these aren’t any resolutions – both demand that President-Elect Donald Trump withdraw “a mass deportation strategy” of illegal immigrants.

The hitch is Trump never said he was going to employ a mass-deportation process; Trump said he would deport criminal illegal aliens.

But, as Chicago… Read More

CA Lawmakers Create Muslim Appreciation Month; Eradicate Christian Programs

I THINK IT’S BEEN HARD FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW ISLAM CAN BE A GOOD RELIGION, AND YET THE ISLAMISTS ARE EVIL. THOSE OF US WHO HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH ISLAM UNDERSTAND THIS, JUST AS WE UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SNAKE HANDLERS AND PEOPLE GOING TO CHURCH ON SUNDAY MORNING. P. J. O’ROURKE

In one of the most contemptibleacts of the year, the California Legislature passed a House Resolution to create and celebrate “Muslim Appreciation and Awareness Month,” while at the same time passing legislation to strike down religious freedoms for Christians.

CA Lawmaker Proposing New Agency to Help Illegal Aliens Access More Benefits

Free education… financial aid… student loans… low-cost auto insurance… free health care… free legal aid… California is the Golden State once again, but not for legal residents and citizens. California’s more than three million illegal aliens are enjoying many benefits the state’s legal residents and taxpayers do not. And it comes at a very heavy financial burden — legal residents are not just paying for their own health care, rent, transportation, food and education, they are paying for illegal aliens’ as well.

According to the Federation for Immigration Reform, the annual expenditure of California state and local tax dollars on services for the illegal alien population is $25.3 billion. That total amounts to a yearly burden of about $2,370 for a household headed by a U.S. citizen.

California lawmakers are harming taxpayers and millions of impoverished, economically depressed, legal California residents — and especially minority communities of black and Hispanic citizens. This is what’s known as “willful… Read More
