Sen. Feinstein vs. de Leon: CA Cesspool Politics

Why is California such a cesspit of political corruption? Both U.S. Senate candidates from California have some serious legal troubles and should spend time in the pokey.

For 20 years, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.)employed a Chinese spy on her staff while she headed the Senate Intelligence Committee. When the FBI notified her about the spy on staff, Feinstein allowed him to retire, but claimed she fired him. Why wasn’t he immediately arrested by the FBI?Feinstein tried to claim Russell Lowe, the man who has been identified as the spy for Communist China, was nothing more than her driver — for 20 years. Other news reports say Lowe was her San Francisco DistrictRead More

Why I Strongly Support Scott Baugh for Congress

Let me be clear from the outset.I have a political objective as I write this. One of my closest friends in the world, Scott Baugh, made a decision not too long ago to run for Congress where he lives in coastal Orange County. I’m hoping that by spending a little bit of time telling you about Scott that you will do one of two things. If you happen to live in California’s 48th Congressional District, I’m urging you to vote for him.Otherwise, if you know anyone who might living in that district, I’m hoping you can drop them a note, or share this. While I have supported many people for Congress over my years of active political involvement, I think it may be since another close friend of mine, Ed Royce, ran successfully for Congress in 1992 that I have felt this strongly about supporting someone for federal office.

I first met Scott in 1995 when he ran for office when the entire GOP establishment circled the wagons to recall turncoat Assembly Speaker Doris Allen.Scott ran in the recall election and replaced Allen.Scott went on to serve five years in the State Assembly and as fate would have it just a few years later, during his final term, he… Read More

CA’s Capitol ‘Unwanted Sexual Advances’ Problem and Official Cover Ups

With the casting couch being front page headlines in Hollywood, New York, Washington D.C. and in California’s State Capitol,“unwanted sexual advances” has become the latest unfortunate phrase in today’s news pages. Common to most stories is how perpetrators have protected themselves, with the help of high placed accomplices.

My previous article, “Capitol Cesspool: Dem. Sen. Nancy Skinner Involved in Cover-Up of Sexual Harassment?” identified just how deep the California Capitol swamp is, with then-Assemblywoman Nancy Skinner, head of the Assembly Rules Committee, covering up sexual harassment in the Assembly in 2009.

Her cover up allowed accused then-Capitol staffer harasser Raul Bocanegra to run for Assembly, without his voters knowing of the allegations, or of the Rules Committee investigation which found “that more likely than not,” Bocanegra engaged in harassing behavior.

And now, Assemblyman Bocanegra has been accused by six new women of sexual harassment,… Read More

California Swamp: Democrat House Members Hired Muslim Brotherhood Awan Brothers

By Katy Grimes and Doug Haaland

In post – 9/11 America, “If you see something, say something” has become the unofficial slogan of the Department of Homeland Security, with the idea of enlisting American citizens to help identify real terrorism threats. Yet California Democrats in Congress apparently ignored this advisory with their silence, support and promotion of possible terrorists in their own workplace.

The Congressional hacking… Read More

Both Sides Aren’t Violent

Free speech is under assault in America. And in California, free speech is being bushwhacked. People are attacked just for having patriotic bumper stickers on their cars. Trump supporters who attend rallies are threatened, assaulted, beat up, and in a weekend attack in Santa Monica, a 28-year old man was knifed nine times! The only people being attacked are Trump supporters. The media lie “both sides do it” is repugnant; both sides are not violent.

The Navy Jack flag flying from my house was set on fire shortly before the November 8th presidential election. We fly it at the behest of our son, a Naval officer, who was deployed to the Middle East at the time. It’s an historical flag. But… Read More

Gov. Jerry Brown’s Treasonous Trip To China

On a trip to China to meet with the Communist dictator President Xi Jinping, California Governor Jerry Brown is signaling to the world hisfidelity to the unratified and dubious Paris Climate treaty, in spite of President Donald Trump’s recent withdrawal from the pact. Brownshould be investigated for colluding with a known foreign enemy upon his return to the United States — a federal republic of 50 states of which he is but one governor.

It is unconstitutional for a state to supplant federal powers and act on its own when dealing with other nations. Brown’s latest trip to China to enter into a treaty as a sovereign nationis unconstitutional on several levels, and violates the Logan Act. However, the left is claimingthat the agreement Brown signed with President Xi Jinping is “non-binding,” and therefore legal. “Non-binding?” How non-binding is it when it… Read More

‘Made In The USA’ Still Matters to Maglite Founder, Even in California

Maglite flashlight inventor Anthony Maglica founded his machine shop in 1955 as a one-man operation. Never did he dream of the success he would have, or the 200+ patents he would eventually hold for his inventions. Maglica also would never imagine that the State of California would be adversarial to his business.

‘Made in America’ still stands for American quality with many consumers, but California’s politicians are another story.

I first met Magliteflashlight founder Anthony Maglica in 2012, and followed his attempts to reason with California politicians over an obscure law hurting his business.… Read More

‘Au Revoir’ Paris Climate Change Treaty!

With President Donald Trump reportedly* pulling the United States out of the Paris climate accord, heads must be exploding inCalifornia’s Democratic supermajority State Capitol. However,Trump’s decision fulfills a very important campaign promise he made to “cancel” the accord.

California Gov. Jerry Brown issued anExecutive Orderin 2015 for a drastic new target for greenhouse gas emissions cuts, coinciding with the international… Read More
