Lawsuit Against Santa Barbara School District Over ‘Unconscious Bias’ Curriculum

Los Angeles attorney Eric Early, working with a group of Santa Barbara parents and teachers over anti-Caucasian, anti-male, anti-Christian and ‘Unconscious Bias’ curriculum, filed a complaint complaintMonday evening in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf ofFair Education Santa Barbaraagainst the Santa Barbara Unified School District andJUST CommunitiesCentral Coast.

In an interview, Early said they brought suit against the “anti-Caucasian, anti-Christian organization calling itself, Just Communities Central Coast, Inc. (“JCCC”), and its’ willing enabler, SBUSD,” because Defendants have employed and continue to employ policies and procedures for teaching SBUSD’s teachers and students that unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, sex and religion.

From the lawsuit, Early includes the following chart, one of many examples, copied directly from… Read More

It is no secret that U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris has her eye on a run for the Presidency in 2020. Yet Larry Wallace, a senior staffer for Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) reportedly resigned on Wednesday over the discovery he was involved in a sexual harassment lawsuit and $400,000 payout to the victim whileworkingfor then California Attorney General Kamala Harris. And Kamala Harris claims to know nothing of this.… Read More

California’s ‘Grand Theft Election’

On election night, California Republicans were heading for victories. Less than one month later, while ballots arestillbeing counted, half of California’s Republican Congressional races were flipped by Democrat challengers, none of whom have ever held an elected public office.

Republicans lost election night leads for five members of Congress, three state Assembly races, two state Senate seats and a Board of Equalization candidate, Shawn Steelwrotein a column this week.

Assembly Republicans nowtotal only 20 out of 80 members of the Assembly, and Senate Republicans aredownto 11 members out of 40 Senators, for a grand total of 31 elected Republicans out of 140 total legislators in all of… Read More

Gov. Elect Gavin Newsom Casting Some Big #MeToo Stones

Gov. Elect Gavin Newsom is casting some big #MeToo stones forgetting that his house is all glass.

California Democratic Party Chairman Eric Bauman has been accused of sexual harassment and assault. Staffers told the Los Angeles Times that during his time as party chair, Bauman, who is gay, would “regularly make sexually explicit comments in the workplace to men and women, including remarks about sexual acts, his and other staffers’ genitalia, and being sexually attracted to staff members,” CBS Los Angelesreported.

‘New Way California:’ Wrong Way, Deceptive Way

An odd group of Never-Trump Republican centrists and political has-beens who formed “New Way California” earlier this year, claim New Way is needed because they are “committed to policies that increase opportunities for all Californians.”

What they are committed to is remaining in power, even if that means being subservient to the Democrat Party and leftism. In June I wrote “New Way California is WrongWay.

Remember what I warned in myrecent book, “California’s War Against Donald Trump: Who Wins? Who Loses?” that rather than working on fixing their own failing state, California politicians would do much better for the state by dropping the hostility and political grandstanding.

Chad Mayes started “… Read More

Claremont School District Blacklists Popular Farmer’s Historical Reenactments

For nearly 40 years, Jim Riley and his family have lived on their 760-acre apple farm in Oak Glen, California, in San Bernardino County.

Jim and his wife built a Colonial-inspired home on the farm in 1994, and were thinking about doing 18th century dinner theater. Shortly thereafter, the Riley’s were approached by parents of local elementary school students asking for historical field trips at the farm. “We started doing American Revolution-themed tours, and Civil War reenactments for 5th graders in Southern California,” Riley said when we talked recently.… Read More

CA Gov. Jerry Brown Vetoed 2016 Wildfire Management Bill While CA Burned

Every governor has signed regretful legislation, or made a disastrous pardon he or she would like a chance to re-do. California’s whacky outgoing Democrat governor has spent the last eight years trying to convince the people of California that we are to blame for droughts, wildfires and “extreme weather,” and thatclimate change is an existential threat to the California way of life.Showing no regrets, Gov. Jerry Brown calls the people “freeloaders,” and “deniers,” and has mocked our “little green lawns.” Brown even spitefully signed legislation subjecting every man, woman and child to 50 gallons of water a day in the near future… despite the state’s189,454 milesof rivers, and that large body of water California sits on.

Last year, as California residents were burned out of their towns, homes, neighborhoods, schols, hospitals and businesses, Gov. Jerry Brown was… Read More

Madness on the Berkeley Campus

We all know good and evil, right and wrong.Yet, so few today seem willing to make even the smallest sacrifice to stand for good and what is right.

UC BerkeleyStudent Senator Isabella Chow did, and is paying dearly for it.

I first read of Isabella Chow’s “crime” atCampus Reform, which wrote about her daring to abstain from voting on a symbolic bill that she said would compromise her Christian values. And now more than 1,000 hysterical UC Berkeley students have signed a petition demanding that she resign.

Isabella’s Crime

The UC BerkeleyQueer Alliance Resource Center asked the student Senate to… Read More
