Capitol Cover Up: Self-Serving Lawmakers Implement Toothless Sexual Harassment Policy

While the California Legislature is trying to ban reparative therapy for gays who don’t want to live a gay lifestyle, the sham sexual harassment investigations of predatory lawmakers continue en force with lawmakers still enjoying attorney-client privilege, which I have written about since November 2017.

Friday the Joint Committee on Rules Subcommittee on Sexual Harassment Prevention and Response announced policy changes in response to widespread accusations of sexual harassment/assault and gross sexual misconduct by elected legislators and senior staff. However, the committee has no information about the policy changes on its… Read More

#MeToo Movement Quickly Morphed Into #MeTooBS

Leftist feminist women are trying to dominate/destroy our youth through their envy and hatred of men. Their denial of their own power to unite, or the power to divide, is significant. Women have amazing power, but when used destructively, is devastating.

Except for some allegations of actual rape and serious violent sexual assault, far too much of the behavior spelled out in the #MeToo movement is not criminal. The women who have climbed the career ladders using sex is not insignificant and cannot be downplayed in the #MeToo movement, regardless of how many of them signed “the letter.”

Michelle Wolf, the vile comedian who hosted the White House Correspondents Association annual event Saturday, madedisgusting jokes during her 15-minute monologue, mocking White House Press Secretary Sanders’ appearance saying, “I’m just excited Sarah finally gets to go to prom,” a reference to the dinner’s reputation for being a “nerd prom.” Andcalling Sanders “an Uncle Tom but for white women who disappoint other white women.”

Just last week, news legend Tom Brokaw was… Read More

Sen. Tony Mendoza Resigns While Senate President Presides Over Kangaroo Court

The Capitol cesspool saga adds another chapter in the sexual harassment orgy going on under the dome.

Senate President pro Tem Kevin de Leon lectured Senate colleagues on the Senate floor Thursday about how he would not tolerate the abuse of power in the Senate, during the on-again, off-again session to determine the fate of Sen. Tony Mendoza amid sexual harassment investigations.“We will not tolerate harassment, nor sweep it under the rug,” de Leon said (as I spit my coffee). Earlier in the week, de Leon threatened to expel Mendoza, but many assumed it was an empty threat.

#FauxFeminists in CA Legislative Women’s Caucus Silent On’ Sexual Abuse Charges

With the ongoing investigations into charges of sexual harassment and abuse by lawmakers inside the California State Capitol, there is a deafening silence coming from the Legislature’s Women’s Caucus. Are all of the feminist lawmakers MIA? Why are they silent on the sexual harassment charges against their colleagues? Don’t they care about the victims? The law dictates they must protect the victims, not the perpetrators. But that’s not how the Capitol investigations are being conducted in Sacramento.

Let’s get the skunk on the table: If Senator Tony Mendoza, or Senator Bob Hertzberg, or Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia were Republicans, they would have been expelled by their colleagues on January 3rd. And the Legislative Women’s Caucus would have been righteously outraged; Democrat Sen. Hannah Beth Jackson would have demanded Republican heads on a silver platter; Democrat Sen. Connie Leyva would have demanded more than suspensions; And where is the usually righteously indignant Democrat Sen. Holly Mitchell and her “… Read More

Is CA Senate Rigging Report In Harassment Probe of Sen. Tony Mendoza?

Senior Senate staff say Sen. President Pro Tem Kevin DeLeon still actively helping former roommate Mendoza keep his paycheck

In an exclusive interview to the Flash Report, a California State Senate senior staffer revealed a behind-the-scenes plot to save, or at least continue the Senate paycheck of Democrat Senator Tony Mendoza (Artesia), who in multiple media reports and news articles is alleged to be a serial sexual harasser of women in his own Senate office.

The Senate staffer, who has worked several years in the Legislature under multiple leaders, requested anonymity for fear of workplace reprisals.

Additionally, it was reported Thursday that Sen. Mendoza and a constituent filed a lawsuit against the California… Read More

#MeToo CA Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia Accused of Sexual Harassment

Politico and Sac Bee Confuse ‘Misconduct’ and ‘Harassment’ With Latest Allegations Against Asm. Cristina Garcia

Thursday it was revealed that the #MeTooMovement may be compromised by one of its leaders, Democrat Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia, after new sexual harassment allegations against her surfaced.

Politico reported:

California Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia — whose high-profile advocacy of the #MeToo movement earned her national media notice — is herself the subject of a state legislative investigation in the wake of a report that she sexually harassed and groped a former legislative staffer.

And a lobbyist,… Read More

CA’s Capitol ‘Unwanted Sexual Advances’ Problem and Official Cover Ups

With the casting couch being front page headlines in Hollywood, New York, Washington D.C. and in California’s State Capitol,“unwanted sexual advances” has become the latest unfortunate phrase in today’s news pages. Common to most stories is how perpetrators have protected themselves, with the help of high placed accomplices.

My previous article, “Capitol Cesspool: Dem. Sen. Nancy Skinner Involved in Cover-Up of Sexual Harassment?” identified just how deep the California Capitol swamp is, with then-Assemblywoman Nancy Skinner, head of the Assembly Rules Committee, covering up sexual harassment in the Assembly in 2009.

Her cover up allowed accused then-Capitol staffer harasser Raul Bocanegra to run for Assembly, without his voters knowing of the allegations, or of the Rules Committee investigation which found “that more likely than not,” Bocanegra engaged in harassing behavior.

And now, Assemblyman Bocanegra has been accused by six new women of sexual harassment,… Read More

Capitol Cesspool: Dem Sen. Nancy Skinner Involved in Cover-Up of Sexual Harassment?

The California Legislature has declared and legislated sex “a contractual event,” and redefined consensual sexual relations as “rape” if it occurs on a college campus – but not in their own offices. Perhaps lawmakers should have turned their attention inward to their own Capitol offices where lawmakers have been accused of a great deal of non-contractual sexual events.

Headlines Monday by KTLA screamed, “San Fernando Valley Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra to Resign Next Year Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations.” But the devil is in the details. The article then states, “Bocanegra announced he will not seek reelection Monday, citing ‘persistent rumors and speculation’ regarding sexual harassment claims.”

‘Not seeking reelection’ is not a resignation.

Assemblyman Bocanegra has been accused by six new women of sexual harassment, according to the Los… Read More
